A pinch will take you a long way ~

In 2009, through Curry’s Indian Cooking School, Gayatri Borthakur conceptualized unique cooking
styles for busy cooks to prepare various Indian dishes in an easy and less time consuming fashion.


She prepared small batches of different spice blends (Masalas) based on age-old family recipes
for her classes to teach her students, easy yet authentic ways to prepare traditional Indian meals.


Requests from her students encouraged Gayatri to start blending her carefully
formulated spices on a larger scale to share her products with everyone.
